I have developed a complex client/attendant management system for the company. Some of the most important aspects of the system are:

Automatic scheduling of attendants (caregivers) including resolving scheduling conflicts,
Automatic tracking of current documentation (when certain documentation - such as driver's license - is about to, or has expired, customized letters are mailed out automatically.)
Interfacing with third party accounting packages

The original system was written in Paradox for DOS 4.5. I have converted the system to Microsoft Access 8.0 and later Access 2000
